To provide an image forming device constituted so that a developer cartridge is moved between a first position for attaching/detaching the developer cartridge and a second position for forming an image, with which restriction on end-member rotation is lifted when the developer cartridge is at the first position.SOLUTION: The developer cartridge comprises: an end member capable of rotating relatively to a development frame; and a restriction member capable of moving between a restricted position at which the rotation of the end member relative to the development frame is restricted and a non-restricting position at which said rotation is not restricted.
