To homogeneously deform from skirts up to sidewalls in a wide range without a deviation.SOLUTION: A piston 1 has two pin bosses 3 which are arranged so as to oppose each other with an interval, sidewalls 4 arranged at both sides of the pin bosses 3, and skirts 5 arranged at the sidewalls 4 continuously thereto. Pin holes 3a into which piston pins 1a can be inserted are formed at the pin bosses 3. The sidewalls 4 and inner walls 10 of the skirts 5 are continuous to each other, and oppositely arranged at both sides of a pin boss axial line C1 with the pin boss axial line C1 interposed therebetween.
