To provide a transfer frame for a blade of a vertical shaft type wind power generation device which is capable of safely transferring multiple blades together while suppressing a packaging size for the blades of a wind turbine of the vertical shaft type wind power generation device, and also functions as a jig for maintaining attitudes of the blades when assembling the blades into the wind turbine at an installation place.SOLUTION: A transfer frame comprises a carriage 2 and multiple racks 3 to be stacked. Each of the racks 3 includes: a blade mounting base 3a on which a blade 9 is mounted in a horizontally lying attitude and in a state where both ends protrude; and a fixture 7 for fixing the blade 9 to the blade mounting base 3a.
