Summary:To provide a medical device which can reduce puncture resistance while partitioning a plurality of lumens extending in an axial direction.SOLUTION: A medical device includes a cylindrical part which partitions an inner lumen positioned in the inside in a radial direction and an outer lumen positioned in the outside in the radial direction in the inside, and the cylindrical part has a tapered surface whose diameter is reduced to be close to the inside in the radial direction toward a distal end side on its side surface.
