To provide a laparoscope cleaning trocar with a novel cleaning function capable of cleaning a camera lens of a laparoscope (an endoscope) as well as cleaning a check valve provided in a trocar in a simple configuration and by a simple operation.SOLUTION: A laparoscope cleaning trocar includes a puncture cylinder, and a body section connected to one end of the puncture cylinder. The body section includes a housing, an inner cylinder formed inside the housing and in which the laparoscope is inserted, a guide flow passage for guiding a cleaning fluid to the inside of the inner cylinder, and a selector valve installed in the puncture cylinder side of the housing, when a tip end of the laparoscope is retracted into the inner cylinder, sealing the inner cylinder, and, when the laparoscope advances to the puncture cylinder, opening the inner cylinder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】簡易な構造かつ簡単な操作により、トロカー内に備えられた逆止弁の掃除とともに、腹腔鏡（内視鏡）のカメラレンズの洗浄も併せて行うことができる新規な洗浄機能を備えた腹腔鏡洗浄トロカーを提供する。【解決手段】穿刺筒部と、穿刺筒部の一端に接続された本体部を備えていて、本体部は、ハウジング部と、ハウジング部の内部に形成され腹腔鏡が挿通する内筒部と、内筒部の内部へ洗浄流体を誘導する誘導流路と、ハウジング部の穿刺筒部側に設置され、腹腔鏡の先端部が内筒部へ後退した際に内筒部を封止し、腹腔鏡の穿刺筒部への前進時に内筒部を開放する切替弁部を備える。【選択図】図２
