Summary:To provide an electric actuator capable of surely regulating linear motion even when external force is applied to a screw shaft in a stop state of a driving unit.SOLUTION: A lock mechanism unit includes: a cylindrical surface C formed on a fixed shaft 75; a cam surface 415 formed on an inner diameter surface of a drive gear 41 and forming a wedge-shaped space G between the cylindrical surface and the cam surface itself; a roller 73 movably arranged between the cylindrical surface C and the inner diameter surface of the drive gear 41; a compression coil spring 74 for normally energizing the roller 73 to a regulation position for regulating rotation of the drive gear 41 by restricting the roller 73 by the cylindrical surface C and the cam surface 415; and a cylindrical input retainer to be rotated integrally with an output member of the drive unit. The input retainer includes: a pressurizing section 71e capable of applying pressurizing force for separating the roller 73 from the regulation position to the roller 73 against the energization force of the compressed coil spring 74 in accordance with rotational drive of the driving unit: and an engagement section 71d to be engaged with the driving gear 41 in a peripheral direction of the drive gear 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】駆動部の停止状態でねじ軸に外力が作用した場合でも直線運動するのを確実に規制する電動アクチュエータを提供する。【解決手段】ロック機構部は、固定軸75に設けられた円筒面Cと、駆動ギヤ41の内径面に設けられ、円筒面Cとの間に楔状空間Gを形成するカム面415と、円筒面Cと駆動ギヤ41の内径面との間に移動可能に配置されたローラ73と、ローラ73を円筒面Cとカム面415とで拘束することにより駆動ギヤ41の回転を規制する規制位置に向けてローラ73を常時付勢した圧縮コイルばね74と、駆動部の出力部材と一体回転する筒状の入力保持器と、を備える。入力保持器は、駆動部が回転駆動されるのに伴って、圧縮コイルばね74の付勢力に抗してローラ73を規制位置から離脱させるための加圧力をローラ73に付与可能な加圧部71e、および駆動ギヤ41の周方向で駆動ギヤ41と係合する係合部71dを有する。【選択図】図7
