Summary:To provide a viewing analysis device or a viewing analysis method capable of obtaining useful information for accurately and efficiently estimating the individual audience rating and the presence or absence of individual viewing even in a survey target area or a survey target period where audience measurement in individual households is not implemented.SOLUTION: In an area A where both the household rating and the individual rating are measured, the personal viewing probability (correction ratio) is calculated from the relationship between the actually measured personal rating and the calculated deemed personal rating. Then, the personal viewing probability is applied to an area B in which the personal rating is not measured, and the personal viewing rate and the presence or absence of the individual viewing are estimated from the relationship between the actual viewing in the area B and the personal viewing probability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】世帯内の個人単位での視聴測定を実施していない調査対象地域や調査対象期間等においても、個人視聴率や個人視聴の有無を正確且つ効率的に推定するために有用な情報を得ることが可能な視聴分析装置又は視聴分析方法を提供する。【解決手段】世帯視聴率及び個人視聴率の両方を測定しているエリアAでは、実際に測定した個人視聴率と算出したみなし個人視聴率との関係性から、個人視聴確率(補正比率)を算出する。そして、その個人視聴確率を、個人視聴率を測定していないエリアBに適用し、エリアBにおける実際の視聴と個人視聴確率との関係性から、個人視聴率や個人視聴の有無を推定する。【選択図】図5
