Summary:To efficiently prevent a reduction in definition and accuracy of each pixel when images relating to a plurality of visible light and infrared light having different wavelength bands are formed.SOLUTION: A sensor module lights light sources that emit light having a plurality of different wavelength bands including a wavelength band of at least a visible light region and an infra-red region in overlapped lighting timing to irradiate a bill with the light having the plurality of different wavelength bands including the wavelength band of at least the visible light region and the infra-red region in overlapped timing. Then, the sensor module uses a light receiving element including a band-pass filter that only transmits light having a wavelength in the range according to the wavelength band of each light source to simultaneously acquire received light intensity of the light having the wavelength in the range according to the wavelength band of each light source from the bill, and forms image data on the basis of the received light intensity for each wavelength band acquired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】波長帯の異なる複数の可視光及び赤外光に関する画像を形成する場合に、各画像の解像度及び正確性の低下を効率良く防止する。
