Summary:To provide a residual stress calculation method with which it is possible to calculate an internal residual stress at a prescribed position of a resin molding separately for a mold shrinkage-derived component and a molding shape-derived component in the thickness direction.SOLUTION: Provided is a residual stress calculation method for calculating a residual stress separately for a mold shrinkage-derived component and a molding shape-derived component in the thickness direction by acquiring the result of a residual stress including a mold shrinkage-derived component and a molding shape-derived component in the thickness direction obtained by measuring an internal residual stress at a prescribed position of a resin molding by a piercing method and the result of residual stress of only the mold shrinkage-derived component in the thickness direction obtained by measuring an internal residual stress at the prescribed position by a piercing method using a cut piece obtained by cutting out only a peripheral portion at the prescribed position from the resin molding, respectively, and then finding the residual stress of the molding shape-derived component from a difference between these.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】 本発明は、樹脂成形品の所定の位置における内部の残留応力を、厚み方向の成形収縮由来分と成形品形状由来分とに分けて算出することができるような残留応力算出方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 樹脂成形品の所定の位置における内部残留応力を孔あけ法により測定した厚み方向の成形収縮由来分と成形品形状由来分とを含む残留応力の結果と、前記樹脂成形品から前記所定の位置の周辺部のみを切り出した切削片を用いて、前記所定の位置における内部残留応力を孔あけ法により測定した厚み方向の成形収縮由来分のみの残留応力の結果とをそれぞれ得た後、その差から成形品形状由来の残留応力を求めることで、厚み方向の成形収縮由来分と成形品形状由来分の残留応力を個別に算出する残留応力算出方法。【選択図】図5
