To easily achieve designing according to purpose in a coil component in which a twist portion twisted by a first wire and a second wire is wound around a winding core in a state of forming a plurality of layers.SOLUTION: A coil component 11 includes: a winding core 12; a first wire 15 and a second wire 16 which are wound around the winding core 12 by substantially the same number of turns, respectively and have twist portions 32 which are not electrically connected to each other and are twisted each other, in which the first wire 15 and the second wire 16 are wound in a state of forming a plurality of layers around the winding core 12.
