Summary: | To provide an electrolyte concentration measuring device with which it is possible to exactly detect various abnormality symptoms of a device while keeping the device in operation and optimize calibration frequency, as well as improve substantial throughput.SOLUTION: This electrolyte concentration measuring device 10 comprises: an ion selective electrode 101 to which a liquid is supplied; a comparison electrode 102 that serves as a potential reference; a potential measurement unit 171 for acquiring the potential of the ion selective electrode; a concentration calculation unit 172 for calculating the concentration of ions included in the liquid from the potential acquired by the potential measurement unit; a potential monitoring unit 181 for continuously monitoring the potential of the ion selective electrode and generating a potential response curve; a timing signal acquisition unit 182 for acquiring a timing signal relating to the timing of various operations; and a potential response curve analysis unit 183 for detecting the abnormality symptom of a device on the basis of a correlation of the potential response curve and the timing signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
