Summary:To provide a wind power generation system capable of sufficiently suppressing vibration of a nacelle pitch angle under a condition that a wind velocity ranges from Vto V, while eliminating the need of additional cost.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a wind power generation system comprising a control device for a wind power generation system including a blade of which the pitch angle is changed. The control device comprises: a generator rotation speed control section which gives a blade pitch angle command value of the blade; a power control section which gives a blade pitch angle command value of the blade; and a generator torque control section which determines a generator torque command value to be defined as a generator torque corresponding a generator rotation speed. The blade pitch angle is controlled in accordance with a sum of the blade pitch angle command values given by the generator rotation speed control section and the power control section, and the generator torque control section determines a variable lower limit value of the generator torque that is a torque generated by a generator, on the basis of a nacelle wind velocity indicating a wind velocity in the vicinity of a nacelle, and adjusts the generator torque command value which is given by the generator torque control section, equal to or greater than the variable lower limit value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】追加コストを不要としながら、風速がV2からV3の条件でナセルピッチ角度の振動を十分に抑制できる風力発電システムを提供する。【解決手段】ピッチ角度を変更可能なブレードを有する風力発電システムの制御装置を備え、制御装置は、ブレードのブレードピッチ角度指令値を与える発電機回転速度制御部と、ブレードのブレードピッチ角度指令値を与える電力制御部と、発電機回転速度に応じた発電機トルクとすべく発電機トルク指令値を定める発電機トルク制御部を備え、発電機回転速度制御部と電力制御部が与えるブレードピッチ角度指令値の和によりブレードピッチ角度を制御するとともに、発電機トルク制御部は、ナセル近傍の風速を示すナセル風速に基づき、発電機が発生するトルクである発電機トルクの可変の下限値を決定し、発電機トルク制御部が与える発電機トルク指令値を可変の下限値以上に調整することを特徴とする風力発電システム。【選択図】図8
