To provide technology to sophisticate elevator control.SOLUTION: An analyzer 300 of an elevator system 100 identifies passengers based on observation information 450 output by an elevator 200, and generates operation information 400 which includes operation information 450 summarized for each passenger. The operation information for each passenger is included in user information 700 about said passenger and stored in a user information database 308. The attributes of the passengers estimated on the basis of the operation information for each passenger are included as tags 703 in the user information 700 about said passengers and stored in the user information database 308.
