Abstract | To enable an embodiment to generate a motion in which a plurality of motions are connected with natural movement.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a motion generation method executed by a computer includes that the computer specifies a pair of a first attitude and a second attitude which are similar with similarity that satisfies prescribed condition among one or more first attitudes included in a preliminary operation on an end side of a first submotion and one or more second attitudes included in a preliminary operation on a start side of a second submotion, and generates a motion by connecting the first submotion and the second submotion by a complementary motion at the position of the pair in the case of generating the motion by connecting the second submotion after the first submotion between the submotions that regulate an operation of a robot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
