Summary:To provide a selectively expanding spine cage with enhanced bone graft infusion.SOLUTION: A selectively expanding cage 100 comprises a body 106, the body defining a center cavity 114 configured to communicate with a space between vertebrae in order to infuse a bone graft material thereinto when receiving and arranging, in the space between the vertebrae, the body including a bone graft material supply port communicating with the center cavity. On the body, an extendable member capable of being extended along an extension axis from a non-expansion height to an expansion height can be mounted.
