To easily correspond to an area and a shape of a location where a pitching machine is installed.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a pitching machine (1) comprising: a pitching device (4) for pitching a ball (9) to a batter; a ball storage device (5) for storing a plurality of balls (9); and a ball transport device (6) for transporting the balls (9) one by one to the pitching device (4) from the ball storage device (5). In the pitching machine, the ball transport device (6) is connected to the ball storage device (5) at lower end sides of spiral blades (24, 25) which extend vertically and rotate, and the ball transport device is connected to the pitching machine (4) at upper end sides of the spiral blades (24, 25). In addition, the pitching device (4) and the ball storage device (5) are vertically arranged and provided on a front side of the ball transport device (6). In addition, the ball transport device (6), the pitching device (4) and the ball storage device (5) are integrally provided on a trestle (2) capable of travelling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ピッチングマシーンが設置される場所の面積や形状に容易に対応させること。【解決手段】本発明では、打者に向けてボール（９）を投げ出す投球装置（４）と、複数球のボール（９）を収容したボール収容装置（５）と、ボール収容装置（５）から投球装置（４）にボール（９）を１球ずつ搬送するボール搬送装置（６）とを有するピッチングマシーン（１）において、ボール搬送装置（６）は、上下に向けて伸延し回転する螺旋翼（２４，２５）の下端側でボール収容装置（５）と接続するとともに、螺旋翼（２４，２５）の上端側で投球装置（４）と接続することにした。また、ボール搬送装置（６）の前側に投球装置（４）とボール収容装置（５）とを上下に並べて配置することにした。さらに、ボール搬送装置（６）と投球装置（４）とボール収容装置（５）とを走行可能な架台（２）に一体的に配設することにした。【選択図】図１
