To provide a support system for enabling order placement and order acceptance of proxy washing using a coin laundry between individuals.SOLUTION: A requester requesting washing operates a requester terminal 4 to transmit request information to a support server 1, and the request information is recorded in a request information file 21. A representative browses the request information, and transmits application notification from a representative terminal 5 if he/she has representative intention. When the requester determines to request a specific representative, and request notification is transmitted from the requester terminal 4 and transmitted to the representative terminal 5 of the representative via the support server 1. The representative responding to the request notification transmits order acceptance notification from the representative terminal 5, and receives laundry from the requester according to the request information. Then, the representative washes the laundry with a coin laundry and delivers the washed laundry to the requester.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 コインランドリーを使用した洗濯の代行を個人間で発注・受注できるようにした支援システムを提供する。【解決手段】 洗濯を依頼する依頼者は依頼者端末４を操作して支援サーバ１に依頼情報を送信し、依頼情報は依頼情報ファイル２１に記録される。代行員は依頼情報を閲覧し、代行の意志がある場合、応募通知を代行員端末５から送信する。依頼者が特定の代行員に依頼すると決めると、依頼者端末４から依頼通知が送信され、支援サーバ１経由で当該代行員の代行員端末５に送信される。依頼通知に応じた代行員は代行員端末５から受注通知を送信し、依頼情報に従って依頼者から洗濯物を受け取る。そして、コインランドリーで洗濯して洗濯済みの物を依頼者に引き渡す。【選択図】 図１
