To provide a machine diagnosing device and a machine diagnosing program which can attain a visual picture of the state of degradation of a driving mechanism.SOLUTION: A machine diagnosing device 200-2 includes a load information operation unit 50 for operating load information as information showing the load state of a driving mechanism 34 in relation to the moving position of the driving mechanism 34, on the basis of positional information showing the position of rotation of a motor obtained when the driving mechanism 34 is driven and driving current information showing the value of a motor driving current obtained when the driving mechanism 34 is driven.
