Summary:To provide a thermally conductive material improved in its characteristics and to provide a production method of the thermally conductive material.SOLUTION: The thermally conductive material includes a first inorganic filler, a second inorganic filler and part of a coupling agent in which the first inorganic filler and the second inorganic filler are bonded with each other at one or a plurality of binding sites and are bonded with each other at one binding site by one part of a coupling agent.
