Summary:To provide a vehicle window glass that resists cracking and a method for manufacturing a vehicle window glass.SOLUTION: A vehicle window glass 1 of the present invention is provided with: a glass plate 11; a color ceramic layer 12, which is formed on the surface of the glass plate 11, and has a thickness more than 10 μm but equal to or less than 25 μm; and an electrically conductive layer 13, which is formed on the surface of the color ceramic layer 12, and has silver as a main component. The electrically conductive layer 13 and a terminal electrically connected to the electrically conductive layer 13 are connected to each other using a lead-free solder 14. In the vehicle window glass 1 of the present invention, since the thickness of the color ceramic layer 12 is more than 10 μm, the glass plate 1 is not susceptible to cracks.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】クラックが生じにくい車両用窓ガラス及び車両用窓ガラスの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の車両用窓ガラス1は、ガラス板11と、前記ガラス板11の表面に形成された10μmより厚く25μm以下の膜厚のカラーセラミック層12と、前記カラーセラミック層12の表面に形成された銀を主成分とする導電体層13と、を備え、前記導電体層13と、前記導電体層13に通電する端子との間が無鉛はんだ14により接続される。本発明の車両用窓ガラス1は、カラーセラミック層12の厚さが、10μmより厚いので、ガラス板1にクラックが発生しにくい。【選択図】図1
