Summary:To provide a device and a method that prevent poor mixing and clogging caused by grain precipitation in a continuous oscillatory baffled reactor having a baffle arranged in an annular tube.SOLUTION: In a continuous oscillatory baffled reactor having a plurality of orifice-type baffles arranged at an interval in an annular tube, the hole of the baffle is deviated or shifted in the gravity direction or the opening part of the baffle is deviated in the gravity direction. The annular tube is preferably installed in the horizontal or nearly horizontal direction. The hole of the baffle may be circular or elliptical. The opening part of the baffle may be a notch at a part of a partition wall positioned in the gravity direction. Preferably, the notch has a near-fan shape, or a shape formed by cutting a part of the partition wall in a shape of near-semicircle, near-semi-ellipse or a linearly cut shape in the horizontal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】環状管内にバッフルを配置する連続式振動流バッフル反応装置において、粒子の沈降による不良混合や詰まりの発生を防止する装置及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】環状管内にオリフィス状のバッフルを一定間隔で複数配置する連続式振動流バッフル反応装置において、バッフルの開孔を重力方向に偏心もしくはシフト、又は、バッフルの開口部を重力方向に偏らせたことを特徴とする。環状管は、水平方向、又は略水平に設けられたことが好ましい。バッフルの開孔は、円形状又は楕円形状でもよい。バッフルの開口部は、重力方向に位置する隔壁の一部の切欠きでもよい。切欠き形状は、略扇形、又は、隔壁の一部を略半円、略半楕円もしくは水平方向に沿って直線状に切り取られた形状であることが好ましい。【選択図】図2
