Summary:To provide a lens structure which can easily satisfy a large-bias light distribution, and an extreme luminosity condition, and a vehicle lighting appliance.SOLUTION: In this vehicle lighting appliance constitution lens 10 having a light incident face 11, and a light emitting face 12 arranged at a reverse side of the light incident face, the vehicle lighting appliance constitution lens has a first light emitting range 12P which forms a first light distribution, and a second light emitting range 12T which forms a second light distribution on the light emitting face.
