To provide an inventory allocation device, an inventory allocation method, and an inventory allocation program capable of allocating inventory by using both inventory in a warehouse and inventory in a store as candidates for inventory allocation.SOLUTION: The inventory allocation device includes a control unit and a storage unit. The storage unit includes order data including ordered product identification data, allocation destination identification data for identifying an allocation destination of inventory, product identification data, and a stock quantity of the product. The allocation destination identification data stores an allocation method management master including inventory data that is warehouse identification data or inventory data that is store identification data, and either a flag that means that the warehouse has priority as an inventory allocation destination or a flag that means that it does not have priority.
