Summary:To provide an inattentive driving notification device capable of preventing a driver from being conscious of an end of automatic driving by issuing useless warning.SOLUTION: An inattentive driving notification device 1 determines that a driver of a vehicle during performance of automatic driving is inattentively driving, and issues warning to end automatic driving when it is not determined that a driver determined to be inattentively driving cancels inattentive driving within a predetermined time. The inattentive driving notification device 1 includes: a driver information acquisition section 11 for acquiring a face direction or a visual line direction of a driver; an inattentive driving determination section 12 for determining whether a driver is inattentively driving on the basis of a face direction or a visual line direction of a driver; and a notification section 13 for calling attention when it is determined that a driver is inattentively driving during performance of a lane change by automatic driving. The inattentive driving notification device 1 does not end automatic driving even when it is not determined that a driver cancels inattentive driving in response to attention calling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】運転者に不要な警報を発することで自動運転の終了を意識させてしまうことを避けることができる脇見報知装置を提供する。【解決手段】脇見報知装置１は、自動運転を実行中の車両の運転者が脇見をしていることを判定し、脇見をしていると判定された運転者が予め設定された時間内に脇見を解消したと判定されなければ自動運転を終了させる警報を発する。脇見報知装置１は、運転者の顔向き又は視線方向を取得する運転者情報取得部１１と、運転者の顔向き又は視線方向に基づいて、運転者が脇見をしているか否かを判定する脇見判定部１２と、自動運転によるレーンチェンジの実行中において、運転者が脇見をしていると判定された場合に注意喚起を行う報知部１３と、を備える。脇見報知装置１は、注意喚起に応じて運転者が脇見を解消したと判定されなくても自動運転を終了させない。【選択図】図１
