Summary:To restrain deterioration of a base material of an electric heating type catalyst.SOLUTION: A vehicle 110 comprises: an internal combustion engine 100; an electric heating type catalyst device 33 provided on an exhaust passage of the internal combustion engine 100, and including a conductive base material 35 generating heat by energization, and a catalyst heated via the conductive base material 35; and a control device 200. The control device 200 comprises a base material supply power control part for controlling base material supply power supplied to the conductive base material 35, and a determination part generated when moisture exists inside the catalyst device 33 in a process during which temperature of the conductive base material 35 increases, and determining whether it is in a stagnation period during which the temperature of the conductive base material 35 is partially stagnated in a predetermined temperature band.
