Summary:To provide an apparatus which can prevent obstruction for a vehicle caused by the runoff of obstacles flowing in a side ditch mixed with a muddy flow on a road due to overflow from the side ditch, make it difficult to attach the obstacles, prevent falling into the side ditch, and function as a guide to return the vehicle to a road surface when the vehicle collides.SOLUTION: The apparatus for preventing the runoff of the obstacles from the side ditch toward the road comprises: an installation part that has V-shaped brackets 9 attached to a road side wall 4 of the side ditch, and is attached to the road side wall by installation means; and a mounting part that bends at right angle or diagonally from the installation part into the side ditch. The installation part has grid-like gratings 1 projecting obliquely upward in the side ditch with respect to a mounting part 9b of the brackets 9 by an installation metal fitting 12, the installation part has a higher height from a side ditch 3, the brackets are installed at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction of the side ditch, a ditch cover is bridged between the brackets, and is installed to the mounting part of the brackets by the installation means, and gratings 1 remove the obstacles mixed with the muddy flow overflowing from the side ditch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】側溝を濁流に混ざって流れる障害物が側溝より溢れて道路上に流出することによる車両の通行の邪魔にならないようにすると共に、障害物が付着し難くし、また側溝への転落防止と、車両が衝突した時の道路路面に戻すガイドとしての機能を果たす装置を提供する。【解決手段】側溝の道路側側壁４にくの字形のブラケット９を取付け、該ブラケット９の取付部９ｂに格子状のグレーチング１を取付金具１２によってグレーチング１を側溝内に斜め上向きに突出させ、側溝３からの高さを高くし、前記道路側側壁に取着手段により取着される取着部と、該取着部より側溝内に向けて直角ないし斜めに屈折する取付部とを備え、側溝の長手方向に一定間隔で取付けられるブラケットを有し、前記溝蓋がブラケット間に掛け渡され、該ブラケットの取付部に取着手段により取着されることを特徴とするグレーチング１により側溝より溢れ出る濁流に混ざる障害物を濾す。【選択図】図２
