Summary:To provide a millable silicone rubber composition for imparting a cured product (a conductive silicone rubber molded article) which can be subjected to extrusion molding because of an addition-cure type and is excellent in productivity, workability, electric characteristics and rubber strength without requiring a large metal mold in a millable silicone rubber composition used for a normal temperature shrinkable rubber member for a power cable and to provide an electric field relaxation layer.SOLUTION: There is provided a millable type silicone rubber composition which comprises (A) an alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane crude rubber, (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms (Si-H group) in one molecule, (C) carbon black having a specific surface area by a BET adsorption method of 50 to 150 m/g, (D) a reinforcing fumed silica having a specific surface area by a BET adsorption method of 50 m/g or more and (E) a platinum-group metal-based catalyst.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】電力ケーブル用常温収縮ゴム部材に用いられるミラブルシリコーンゴム組成物において、付加硬化型であるため押し出し成形が可能となり、大きな金型を必要とせず、生産性、作業性に優れ、さらに、電気特性、ゴム強度に優れる硬化物(導電性シリコーンゴム成形品)を与えるミラブルシリコーンゴム組成物、及び電界緩和層を提供する。【解決手段】(A)アルケニル基含有オルガノポリシロキサン生ゴム(B)1分子中に少なくとも2個のケイ素原子結合水素原子(Si−H基)を有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン(C)BET吸着法による比表面積が50〜150m2/gのカーボンブラック(D)BET吸着法による比表面積が50m2/g以上の補強性ヒュームドシリカ(E)白金族金属系触媒を含むミラブル型シリコーンゴム組成物。【選択図】なし
