Summary:To prevent a method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire capable of suppressing occurence of crack during travelling in a method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire using an inner liner containing a crystalline thermoplastic resin.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire including an inner liner comprising a crystalline thermoplastic resin or a composition containing a crystalline thermoplastic resin and an elastomer includes the steps of: disposing in a mold an unvulcanized tire including an inner liner, inserting a bladder inside, supplying the bladder inside with a hot gas to vulcanize the unvulcanized tire; and separating the bladder from the tire inside after the vulcanization, and selectively cooling the inner liner after ejecting the tire from the mold.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】結晶性熱可塑性樹脂を含むインナーライナーを用いた空気入りタイヤの製造方法において、走行時のクラック発生を抑制することができる空気入りタイヤの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】結晶性熱可塑性樹脂または結晶性熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーとを含む組成物からなるインナーライナーを含む空気入りタイヤの製造方法であって、該方法が、インナーライナーを含む未加硫タイヤを金型に配置し、内側にブラダーを挿入してブラダー内部に高温ガスを供給して未加硫タイヤを加硫する工程、および加硫後、ブラダーをタイヤ内側から離脱し、タイヤを金型から放出した後、インナーライナーを選択的に冷却する工程を含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
