To provide a medical aspirator capable of easily housing a housing bag in/removing the same from a bottle even when it is fitted on a surface in the vertical direction.SOLUTION: A medical aspirator has: a fitting member A where a pressure control mechanism 2 is arranged inside and a fitting piece 6 is arranged at a prescribed position; a body B which has a lid body 10 having a passage 11 to which pressure controlled by the fitting member is applied and a bottle fixing nail 13a, a hanging piece 20 where a rotary shaft 21a is arranged on a lower end side and a bending link piece 22a is connected above the rotary shaft, and a bottle support body 30 whose lower end side is supported by the rotary shaft and where the bending link piece 22b is connected above the rotary shaft and an engaging hole 31 is formed at a prescribed position; and a bottle C whose upper end is opened and where a support projection 44 to be engaged with the engaging hole of the bottle support body and supported is formed. The support projection of the bottle is engaged with the engaging hole of the bottle support body and supported, and the bottle support body is rotated to engage the bottle fixing nail with a part of the bottle's upper edge 41 and is fitted to the body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】縦方向の面に取り付けた場合でも、ボトルに対する収容袋の収容、取り出しを容易に行える医療用吸引器を提供する。【解決手段】内部に圧力調整機構２が配置され所定位置に取付片６が配置された取付部材Ａと、取付部材で調整された圧力が作用する通路１１とボトル固定爪１３ａとを有する蓋体１０と、下端側に回動軸２１ａが配置され該回動軸よりも上部に屈折リンク片２２ａが接続された垂下片２０と、下端側が回動軸に支持され回動軸よりも上部に屈折リンク片２２ｂが接続され所定位置に嵌合穴３１が形成されたボトル支持体３０と、を有する本体Ｂと、上端が開放され、ボトル支持体の嵌合穴に嵌合して支持される支持突起４４が形成されたボトルＣと、を有し、ボトルの支持突起をボトル支持体の嵌合穴に嵌合させて支持すると共に、該ボトル支持体を回動させてボトル固定爪をボトルの上縁４１の一部に係合させて本体に取り付ける。【選択図】 図１
