Summary:To provide a video display device that makes a non-display area inconspicuous without providing an additional mechanism, the video display device displaying video on a screen constituted by combining a plurality of display modules.SOLUTION: Each display device comprises: a virtual pixel setting unit that sets virtual pixels 701 which are composed of a plurality of pixels being adjacent to each other and arrayed on a pixel area; and a display control unit that displays one pixel portion of a video area corresponding to a position of a display module on a display surface at one virtual pixel 701. The virtual pixel 701 includes at least one display pixel being a pixel contributing to display of a video, and a plurality of non-display pixels which are pixels not contributing to the display of the video and which are arrayed in at least any direction of a horizontal direction and a vertical direction.
