The wind turbine blade part 4 has an arm 41 and a blade 42. The arm 41 is provided so as to twist around a rotational axis Y of the arm 41. The lift-type vertical axis wind turbine 1 further includes a tuning mechanism 6 that tunes the rotations of the arms 41 about the rotation axis Y with each other, and an energization member SP that energizes the arm 41 in a direction in which a wind receiving area of the blade 42 increases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
