Summary:To provide a producing method of a copper sulfide powder having an excellent ability to recover heavy metals in wastewater.SOLUTION: The producing method of the copper sulfide powder includes a copper sulfide particle forming step in which a copper sulfide particle is formed by a reaction of a copper salt, whose mixed solution pH is higher than 7.0 when mixed with purified water, and a sulfide ion source substance, in an aqueous reaction medium and under existence of polyacrylic acid or a salt thereof. Specifically, the copper salt is at least one of basic copper carbonate and copper hydroxide, the sulfide ion source substance is sodium hydrogen sulfide, and the polyacrylic acid salt is an alkali metal salt of polyacrylic acid.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】廃水中の重金属の回収能力に優れた硫化銅粉末の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】水系反応媒体中で、ポリアクリル酸又はその塩の存在下、純水と混合したときにその混合液のpHが7.0より大きい銅塩と、硫化物イオン源物質とを反応させて、硫化銅粒子を形成させる硫化銅粒子形成工程を有する、硫化銅粉末の製造方法。具体的には、前記銅塩が塩基性炭酸銅および水酸化銅の少なくとも1つであり、硫化物イオン源物質が硫化水素ナトリウムであり、ポリアクリル酸の塩が、ポリアクリル酸のアルカリ金属塩である。【選択図】なし
