Summary:To provide a battery pack capable of efficiently cooling batteries while inhibiting an electrode from being deformed by pressure applied by a cooling part.SOLUTION: A battery pack includes: a battery 100 including a power generation element 111 housed in a flexible outer package body, the power generation element obtained by laminating an electrode and an electrolyte layer, the electrode including an electrode active material layer, composed of a non-binding body including electrode active material, formed on a collector; a cooling part 20; and a deformation inhibition part 40. The cooling part comes into contact with a surface of the battery in a state in which the cooling part is pressed to the surface of the battery in a lamination direction of the power generation element. The cooling part forms an internal space for holding a coolant and has an end part 20E protruding to the outside in a surface direction from a contact surface 20S in contact with the surface of the battery.
