Summary:To provide a spacer which is to be disposed between a first power storage cell and a second power storage cell arranged in a first direction and in which a reduction in cooling efficiency for cooling each power storage cell is suppressed.SOLUTION: A spacer includes: a main body portion 30B which faces a main surface and in which a cooling passage 49B is formed through which cooling air flows between the main surface and the cooling passage; a side wall portion 32B which is connected to one end of the main body portion 30B in a second direction, provided on a first lateral surface side, and in which a communication portion communicating with the cooling passage 49B is formed; an end plate portion 36B which is connected to one end of the side wall portion 32B in a third direction, provided on a first end face side, and formed to extend from one end of the side wall portion 32B in the second direction; and a lip portion 50B which is formed on the end plate portion 36B and protruding toward the first end face side.
