To notify the inspection time of an emergency power supply.SOLUTION: A lighting apparatus 4 includes a lighting circuit 41, a power supply timer 421, an inspection timer 422, and a notification part (notification circuit 43). The lighting circuit 41 lights a light source 2 with power supplied from an emergency power supply (battery 3) when an external power supply 9 stops. The emergency power supply is charged with power supplied from the external power supply 9. The power supply timer 421 counts the usage period of the emergency power supply. The inspection timer 422 counts, as an uninspected period, a period after inspection in which the emergency power supply is discharged has completed.
