Summary:To provide a signal processor capable of highly precisely measuring a distance in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The signal processor includes: an acquisition unit that acquires a reception signal by receiving reflected light of a laser beam having light intensity modulated in amplitude of a second sine wave of a second frequency that is lower than a first sine wave of a first frequency; a first computing unit 22 that performs a first computation of the reception signal on the basis of the first sine wave and a second computation on the basis of a third sine wave having a different phase from that of the first sine wave; a second computing unit 23 that, regarding the computation result of the first or second computation, performs a third computation of computing the second sine wave and a fourth computation of computing a fourth sine wave that has a different phase from that of the second sine wave; and a signal component detection unit that, by cutting off high-frequency components of the computation results, detects a first component that is a cosine component of the first frequency of the reception signal, a second component that is a sine component of the first frequency, a third component that is a cosine component of the second frequency, and a fourth component that is a sine component of the second frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡易な構成で精度よく測距をすることが可能な信号処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】第1周波数の第1の正弦波より周波数が低い第2周波数の第2の正弦波を振幅変調した光強度を有するレーザ光の反射光を受光して受信信号を取得する取得部と、受信信号に対し、第1の正弦波に基づく第1の演算及び第1の正弦波とは位相が異なる第3の正弦波に基づく第2の演算を行う第1の演算部22と、第1又は第2の演算の演算結果に対し、第2の正弦波を演算する第3の演算及び第2の正弦波とは位相が異なる第4の正弦波を演算する第4の演算を行う第2の演算部23と、演算結果に対する高周波成分の遮断により、受信信号の第1周波数の余弦成分である第1成分、第1周波数の正弦成分である第2成分、第2周波数の余弦成分である第3成分、及び第2周波数の正弦成分である第4成分を検出する信号成分検出部と、を有する。【選択図】図1
