Summary:To provide a granular material damper having high damping force.SOLUTION: A granular material damper A includes a case 18, an input member 34, a resistor 24, displacement force application means 30, a rotator 25, and a plurality of granular materials 36. The input member 34 is relatively displaced only in one of a linear motion direction and a rotation direction with respect to the case 18. The resistor 24 is displaced integrally with the input member 34 in the same direction as the relative displacement of the input member 34, and is allowed for relative displacement to the input member 34 in a direction different from the relative displacement of the input member 34. The displacement force application menas 30 applies, to the resistor 24, displacement force in a direction different from the displacement direction of the input member 34. The rotator 25 is formed in the resistor 24 and is stored in the case 18. The granular materials 36 apply resistance for suppressing displacement to the rotator 25 displaced in the linear motion direction and the rotation direction in the case 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】減衰力の高い粒状体ダンパを提供する。【解決手段】粒状体ダンパAは、ケース18、入力部材34、抵抗体24、変位力付加手段30、回転子25及び複数の粒状体36を備える。入力部材34は、ケース18に対して直動方向と回転方向のうちいずれか一方向のみに相対変位する。抵抗体24は、入力部材34の相対変位と同じ方向に関しては入力部材34と一体的に変位し、入力部材34の相対変位と異なる方向に関しては入力部材34に対する相対変位が許容される。変位力付加手段30は、抵抗体24に対し、入力部材34の変位方向とは異なる方向の変位力を付与する。回転子25は、抵抗体24に形成され、ケース18内に収容されている。粒状体36は、ケース18内で直動方向及び回転方向に変位する回転子25に対して変位を抑制する抗力を付与する。【選択図】図2
