Summary:To provide a composite material injection molding method and a composite material in which it is possible to suppress occurrence of local deformation in a plate material during solidification and shrinkage of an injection molding material.SOLUTION: There is provided a composite material injection molding method that comprises: an injection step of injecting an injection molding material containing reinforcing fibers onto one surface of a plate material 2; a molding step of solidifying the injection molding material to mold a frame part 3 so as to surround an outer periphery of the plate material 2 and to mold a rib 4 so as to define an inner peripheral-side space on the inner peripheral side of the frame part 3, and in the injection step, the injection molding material is injected so as to form a weld part 6 where the injection molding material joins in a region not overlapping the plate material 2 of the frame part 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】射出成形材の固化収縮時において、板材に局所変形が生じてしまうことを抑制することができる複合材の射出成形方法及び複合材を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】板材2の一方の面に強化繊維を含む射出成形材を射出する射出工程と、射出成形材を固化させ、板材2の外周を囲むように枠部3を成形するとともに、枠部3の内周側に内周側の空間を区画するようにリブ4を成形する成形工程と、を有し、射出工程において、射出成形材が合流するウェルド部6が、枠部3の板材2と重ならない領域に形成されるように射出成形材を射出する。【選択図】図1
