Summary:To measure a neutron spectrum easily.SOLUTION: A measurement unit 12 includes a converter unit 20 having a plurality of types of metal foil converters 21-25 each containing a different type of metal element to be radioactivated in response to energy of a neutron beam to be measured, and a plurality of types of metal filters 31-35 each containing the same type of metal element as corresponding metal foil converters 21-25, and is provided with a filter unit 30 disposed on a neutron beam incident side of the converter unit 20.
