Summary:To prevent torque transmission from becoming unstable between an outer rotor and an inner rotor in a clutch engaging state while decreasing slip torque, in a pulley structure equipped with a coil spring type clutch.SOLUTION: In a pulley structure, in a clutch engaging state where torque is transmitted between an outer rotor 2 and an inner rotor 3, an outer peripheral surface in a rear end side region of a spring is press-contacted on a press-contacting surface 2a of the outer rotor 2. On the press-contacting surface 2a, a groove portion 2d having a bottom portion 11 and a corner portion 12 is formed. The bottom portion 11 is inclined in a fore-and-aft direction so as to increase a diameter toward a front side. The corner portion 12 connects the bottom portion 11 and the press-contacting surface 2a. An outline shape of the corner portion 12 is the same shape as an outline shape of a corner portion 4g of a cross-section of a spring wire of the spring. In the clutch engaging state, a rear end side region of the spring is fitted in the groove portion 2d to contact with the bottom portion 11 on the outer peripheral surface and contact with the corner portion 12 at the corner portion 4g.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】コイルばね式クラッチを備えるプーリ構造体において、スリップトルクが小さくなるようにしつつも、クラッチ係合状態において、外回転体と内回転体との間でトルクの伝達が不安定となるのを抑制する。【解決手段】プーリ構造体では、外回転体2と内回転体3との間でトルクが伝達されるクラッチ係合状態において、ばねの後端側領域の外周面が、外回転体2の圧接面2aに圧接される。圧接面2aには、底部11と隅部12とを有する溝部2dが形成されている。底部11は、前方に向かうほど径が大きくなるように前後方向に対して傾いている。隅部12は、底部11と圧接面2aとを接続する。隅部12の輪郭形状は、ばねのばね線の断面の角部4gの輪郭形状と同じ形状である。クラッチ係合状態で、ばねの後端側領域は、溝部2dに嵌まり込んで、外周面において底部11と接触し、上記角部4gにおいて隅部12と接触する。【選択図】図4
