To provide a β-lactamase inhibitor which is used for therapy of a bacterial infection caused by β-lactamase production bacteria, since, a β-lactamase inhibitor having a diazabicyclooctane skeleton which is available, exhibits effects to class type A and class type C out of the β-lactamase production bacteria, on the other hand, only partially exhibits effect to class type D, so that, sufficient effect to matrix expansion type β-lactamase production bacteria is not achieved.SOLUTION: There is provided the compound expressed by following formula (1)(chemical formula 1), a salt thereof which is permitted in a medical aspect, or a solvate thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 現在、利用可能なジアザビシクロオクタン骨格を有するβ−ラクタマ−ゼ阻害剤は、β−ラクタマーゼ産生菌のうちクラスＡ型、クラスＣ型に効果を示す一方、クラスＤ型に対する効果は部分的であり、基質拡張型β−ラクタマーゼ産生菌に対する効果は十分とは言えない。本発明はこれらのβ−ラクタマーゼ産生菌に起因する細菌感染症の治療に用いる新規なβ−ラクタマーゼ阻害剤を提供する。【解決手段】 以下の一般式（１）で表される化合物、その医学的に許容されうる塩、又はその溶媒和物。【化１】【選択図】なし
