Summary:To instantly transmit an abnormality sensing signal detected by an abnormality sensing sensor to a management system server via a communication network in an emergency without automatic dialing, a timer operation, and a human operation.SOLUTION: A simple reporting apparatus 10 includes: an abnormality sensing sensor XN detecting an abnormal condition; a GPS signal reception unit 13 receiving GPS position information from a GPS satellite 6; an interface unit 12 transmitting an abnormality notification signal formed from an abnormality sensing signal, to a control unit 14; an external network communication unit 11 transmitting the abnormality notification signal to a management system server 2 of a simple report management system 1; the control unit 14 controlling the simple reporting apparatus 10; and a power supply unit 16 supplying power to the simple reporting apparatus 10.
