Summary:To provide equipment for length measurement error estimation of an X-ray CT apparatus for three-dimensional shape measurement that does not change the sphere position even when a considerable amount of external force such as a contact of a probe is applied to a sphere or a support rod or even when the equipment is tilted or is turned upside down during movement.SOLUTION: In order to catch the space distortion specific to an X-ray CT apparatus without shortage and evaluate the three-dimensional shape measurement accuracy of the X-ray CT apparatus, in equipment 30, support rods 36, 37, and 38 that have spheres 35 fixed to respective tips and have different lengths are attached to a base 31, thus 15 sphere 35 are arranged in the XYZ space on the base 31. On a flat surface 32 on the upside of the base 31, support rods 36, 37, and 38 that support the spheres 35 and have different lengths are arranged in a predetermined interval. Thus, the spheres 35 are arranged in the XYZ space at an appropriate distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】プローブの接触などの相当量の外力が球や支持棒にかかった場合や、移動時に傾け、あるいは、天地逆とした場合でも、球位置が変化しない三次元形状測定用X線CT装置の長さ測定誤差評価用器物を提供する。【解決手段】X線CT装置固有の空間歪みを不足なく捉え、X線CT装置の三次元形状測定精度を評価するために、器物30では、先端に球35を固定した長さの異なる支持棒36、37、38を基台31に取り付けることで、基台31上のXYZ空間に15個の球35を配置している。基台31の上部の平坦面32に、球35を支持する長さの異なる支持棒36、37、38が所定の間隔で配置される。これにより、球35は、それぞれ適当な球間距離でXYZ空間に配置される。【選択図】図2
