A second step part 63 includes: a second sensor opposing part 64 that is a portion opposed to the magnetic sensor 70; a second proximal end side bend part 65 that is positioned nearer to a second ring part side of a second flux-concentrating part 62 than the second sensor opposing part 64; and a second distal end side bend part 66 that is positioned nearer to a distal side of the second flux-concentrating part 62 than the second sensor opposing part 64.
