To inhibit intrusion of termites and reduce a cost by improving workability.SOLUTION: A foundation packing 1 includes a packing body 2 loaded with a base, and a termite returning part 3 that is formed in the state of protruding in a width direction B throughout its length from a side surface 21f of the packing body 2. The termite returning part 3 has an undersurface 3c flush with an undersurface 2d of the packing body 2, and protrudes with respect to an edge in a width direction B of a top surface of an outer peripheral foundation while covering the top surface. In addition, the undersurface 3c of the termite returning part 3 is provided with a seal member 8 that is arranged to the side of the packing body 2 and extended along a longitudinal direction A.
