To inhibit intrusion of termites and reduce a cost by improving workability.SOLUTION: A foundation packing 1 includes a packing body 2 loaded with a base, and a termite returning part 3 that is formed in the state of protruding in a width direction B throughout its length from a side surface 21f of the packing body 2.
