Summary:To provide a carbon nanotube dispersion, a carbon nanotube coating material and a carbon nanotube coating film, in which carbon nanotubes excellent in solubility with a binder, storage stability, transparency and conductivity are dispersed.SOLUTION: The carbon nanotube dispersion comprises carbon nanotubes, a water-soluble resin and water, in which the carbon nanotubes (A) are in a monolayer form and have an average outer diameter of 0.5 to 5 nm by an image analysis using a transmission electron microscope, and a specific surface area of 400 to 800 m/g. The carbon nanotube dispersion contains, with respect to 100 pts.mass of the carbon component in the carbon nanotubes (A), 400 pts.mass or more and 2000 pts.mass or less of the water-soluble resin (B). A 50% particle diameter (D50 diameter) calculated by laser diffraction type grain size distribution measurement of the carbon nanotube dispersion is 1.5 to 40 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】バインダーへの相溶性、貯蔵安定性、透明性、導電性に優れたカーボンナノチューブが分散されたカーボンナノチューブ分散液、カーボンナノチューブ塗料、カーボンナノチューブ塗膜を提供すること。【解決手段】カーボンナノチューブ、水溶性樹脂と、水とを含有し、カーボンナノチューブ(A)は、単層であり、透過型電子顕微鏡における画像解析における平均外径が0.5〜5nmであり、比表面積が400〜800m2/gであり、カーボンナノチューブ(A)の炭素成分100質量部に対して、水溶性樹脂(B)を400質量部以上、2000質量部以下含有し、カーボンナノチューブ分散液のレーザー回折式粒度分布測定によって算出される50%粒子径(D50径)が1.5〜40μmであることを特徴とする、カーボンナノチューブ分散液。【選択図】なし
