To allow even a small business operator to introduce an HACCP-compatible hygiene management system easily and inexpensively.SOLUTION: The hygiene management system includes: a management server for managing hygiene management information of a predetermined format on the basis of measurement data obtained by a plurality of measuring devices; and a relaying device capable of communicating with the management server by a network.
