Summary:To establish a W/C setting method and a device therefor in a deep mixing method, allowing for creation of strength and a completed part with little variation that are adaptable to any ground.SOLUTION: The W/C setting method in a deep mixing method is composed of: a first step of obtaining a total water quantity (Wg) of a water quantity in soil and a water quantity in cement slurry; a second step of setting at least three values having different rates (Wg/C) of the (Wg) to cement quantities (C); a third step of performing an indoor blending test on the basis of the different three values to calculate respective uniaxial compressive strength; a fourth step of plotting the respective uniaxial compressive strength obtained at the third step on a correlation diagram and creating a slurry curve on the basis of the plots; a fifth step of obtaining a ratio (Wg/C) of (Wg) to (C) corresponding to target strength on the basis of the slurry curve; and a sixth step of determining a cement addition amount and water-cement ratio corresponding to the target strength from the (Wg/C).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 【課題】あらゆる地盤に対応できるバラツキの少ない強度と出来形を造成できる深層混合処理工法におけるW/Cの設定方法及びその装置を確立すること。【解決手段】土中の水量とセメントスラリー中の水量の合算水量(Wg)を求める第1の工程と、前記(Wg)とセメント量(C)の比(Wg/C)の異なる少なくとも3つの値を設定する第2の工程と、前記異なる3つの値に基づき室内配合試験を実施し、それぞれの一軸圧縮強度を求める第3の工程と、前記第3の工程で求められた一軸圧縮強度を相関図上にスラリー曲線を作成する第4の工程と、前記スラリー曲線に基づき目標強度に対応する(Wg)と(C)の比(Wg/C)を求める第5の工程と、前記(Wg/C)から目標強度に対応するセメント添加量と水セメント比を決定する第6の工程とからなる。【選択図】図11
