Summary:To provide an adhesive sheet including an adhesive layer, which can be easily and inexpensively produced and can effectively suppress internal reflection when used for bonding an optical member laminate.SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet S comprises supports S1, S2 and a transparent adhesive layer 3 on the support. The adhesive layer is a single layer having two main surfaces opposing to each other, including a base adhesive zone 3a formed of a transparent adhesive base material, extending from one of the two main surfaces in a thickness direction, and a transparent adhesive refractive index controlling zone 3b formed as extending from the other of the two main surfaces of the single-layer adhesive layer in a thickness direction. The refractive index controlling zone comprises a high refractive index material having a refractive index higher than the refractive index of the adhesive base material; and the high refractive index material having a refractive index higher than the refractive index of the adhesive base material is in a form of particles having an average primary particle diameter of 3 nm to 100 nm by a TEM observation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】容易かつ安価に製造でき、光学部材積層体の接合に使用されたとき、内部反射を効果的に抑制することができる粘着剤層を含む粘着剤シートを提供する。【解決手段】支持体S1,S2と、該支持体上の透明な粘着剤層3とからなる粘着剤シートSであって、前記粘着剤層は、相対向する2つの主面を有する単一層であり、前記2つの主面の一方から厚み方向にわたって前記透明な粘着剤ベース材料により形成されるベース粘着剤区分3aと、該単一層の粘着剤層の前記2つの主面の他方から厚み方向にわたって形成された透明な粘着性の屈折率調整用区分3bとを含み、該屈折率調整用区分は、粘着剤ベース材料の屈折率より高い屈折率を有する高屈折率材料を含ませた構成であり、粘着剤ベース材料の屈折率より高い屈折率を有する前記高屈折率材料は、TEM観察による平均一次粒子径が3nm〜100nmの粒子の形態であることを特徴とする粘着剤シート。【選択図】図1
